Icons: 16 new icons from the published Figma library are now available in the registry.

They were added to the Figma library between 2026-06-30 and 2026-09-02 but never reached the package, because the sync pipeline decided "is this icon still published?" by reading its *own* previous output — so any newly added icon was deleted before it could ever be recorded (INFRA-F145). The criterion now reads the Figma REST published-components set instead; see `figma-sync/cleanup-unpublished.mjs`.

New icons by family: `file/auto-download` · `input/multi-channel` · `logo/channel-link` · `mark/vip` · `mark/workflow` · `output/channel-1` · `output/channel-2` · `output/partyline-1` · `output/partyline-2` · `output/producer-1` · `output/producer-2` · `picture/centralize-on-canvasus` · `picture/photoflash-auto` · `picture/photoflash-off` · `picture/photoflash-on` · `setting/reboot`.

Purely additive — no existing icon changed name, node id, or SVG content. `setting/reboot` also gains its `figmaNodeId` (`6430:126`), which it could not have until now.
